Rhoades Planning Group (RPG) helps turn under-utilized land into beautifully planned and designed developments and I'm proud to have been entrusted with updating their brand in 2025. RPG is especially adept at navigating complicated state and local processes to develop sorely-needed affordable housing as well as transit-oriented developments such as the one approved at North Berkeley BART.

We wanted to show some of RPG's expertise without it looking crowded so we focused on highlighting a few key areas:
Once we figured out how each of those should look, I put them all together into a house shape to reflect their emphasis on building more homes: whether in a duplex, mid-rise affordable housing or high rise apartment tower.

It's especially exciting to work with a client who wants to do something fun with their business cards. In this case, I made it so the backs could fit together like a puzzle to show the logo.Â
